Jon has a passion for helping others build their capacity to excel outside of the gym.
Jon began his CrossFit journey in 2012 when he started training friends and neighbors in his garage. After a couple of years, the group outgrew his garage and moved into an outdoor space behind a local church. For the next 6 years, Jon had the opportunity to coach hundreds of people to better health and fitness. But it still wasn’t enough – Jon wanted to help even more people achieve their health and fitness goals, so he opened 1HUNDRED Fitness in December 2019.
Jon and his wife Kim are proud parents of 3 young children: ages 6, 4, and 10 months. By day, Jon works full-time for UF Health as Administrator for Telehealth and Outreach Programs in the Department of Pediatrics. When not at work, you can catch him playing flag football and basketball or enjoying meals with his family and friends.
Busy dad, husband, and business professional – Nathan had little time to invest in himself for many years. Cue: the dreaded dad bod. After a pick-up game of basketball gone bad, Nathan realized he had to make some changes.
Kim is a mom of 3, professional photographer, and extreme extrovert who has yet to meet a stranger. She loves the opportunity to meet new people and build community. There’s always room at her table for new friends.
Jamie is a homeschooling mom of 4. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she has fully embraced Florida life and prefers to spend her free time on the water or at the beach. Jamie started CrossFit 4 years ago, but with a 2-year hiatus:
“I attended 3 classes before my pride got in the way. It was really hard for me to look around at women who were farther along in their journey than I was, younger than me, who hadn’t had 4 babies in 5 years.. and not feel lesser than. It took me 2 years to accept myself where I was at, to be proud of my body and what I had done, and be ready to find out what else I could do. Now, I wish I hadn’t wasted those 2 years! I’m ALL. IN. and I’m so excited to be part of the 1HUNDRED Fitness community.
