Our play-based fitness program helps kids build a love for movement early. Through fun games and simple strength circuits, they’ll learn basic movement patterns like squatting, jumping, crawling, and carrying. It’s all about playing with purpose — building confidence, strength, and joy through fitness!

LEVEL UP (AGES 9-12)
Focus: Skill · Technique · Confidence
Our Level Up classes will focus on general physical preparedness (GPP). This means that your athlete will develop a broad base of fitness that helps them feel stronger, move better, and stay ready for any sport or challenge life throws their way! Each class will contain elements of strength, injury prevention, agility work and conditioning. These classes will be scaled to all abilities and experience. Our level up program is all about showing up, pushing limits and discovering what they are capable of!

PEAK PERFORMANCE (AGES 12+)
Focus: Strength · Conditioning · Performance
For teens ready to take it to the next level. Peak Performance features CrossFit-style workouts plus targeted strength and conditioning. We focus on power, speed, endurance, technique, and injury prevention — helping teens move smarter, get stronger, and rise to their full potential.
