When you feel like quitting, remember why you started.
The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen.
Take care of your body – it’s the only place you have to live.
Do you have enough motivation to reach your goals yet? No…? Have some more:
Don’t limit your challenges, challenge your limits.
Train insane or remain the same.
With all this motivation, you’re ready to crush your fitness goals, right?!?
No…? Why not?!? You know that exercise is good for you. You know that eating healthy is good for you. That’s a recipe for success. So why do most of us fail?
Because it’s not that easy! Change is hard. Your body is programmed to build habits, not break them.
So how do you find motivation to change? Start with these 2 steps:
- Create Goals and Habits
- Establish Accountability
GOALS & HABITS
Wouldn’t it be fun to blow all of your money on luxuries? You don’t (at least I hope you don’t) because you have other financial goals, like paying your rent or mortgage, taking a vacation, saving for retirement, etc. You’re motivated by your goals so, for the most part, you stay on track.
When it comes to motivation, fitness is no different. If you have goals, you’ll be motivated to achieve them. If you’re like me, you have a relatively short attention spans and a voracious appetite for instant results. If you don’t see progress, you’re more likely to quit.
Financial goals are easy to track because you can watch the numbers. But what about fitness goals? The scale doesn’t tell the whole story, which is where we can help. We’ll help you set short- and long-term goals, determine how to measure them, and track your progress. And we’ll celebrate your small wins along the way to the big ones!
ACCOUNTABILITY
That brings us to the second element of motivation: accountability.
Now that you have your goals, you need a plan. Want to lose 20 lb.? Want to improve your endurance? Want to get stronger? Our program will get you there.
There’s nothing more frustrating than putting in the work, but failing to achieve your goals. Most of us need help to remain accountable. That’s why you need a coach. He or she will be the first to pick you up when you fall down. And your coach will also be the one who celebrates every single win with you.
If we told you to go suffer through a workout right now, you might curl your nose at the thought. But if we told you that you’d be led through the perfect workout for your goals by an inspiring professional who will make you smile, you’d probably feel much more inclined to tie up those runners!
So, throw your “Hang In There” kitty poster in the trash and take real action. There’s only one thing left to do: start! Click the link on this page to schedule a free intro. We’ll put together a custom program to help you achieve your goals.
